The Grampians Regional Palliative Care Conference ‘Mindful Connections’ is to be held on 5th & 6th May 2011 as part of the celebrations of National Palliative Care Week. The Conference will be held at the beautiful Novotel Forest Resort Creswick.
This conference aims to provide participants with an expanded knowledge of palliative care and their role within the palliative care sector.
